Http error at uploading the photo's products

    Hello,
    I bought the shopkeeper theme and started to customize it. When uploading products I hit 50% of http errors. I changed the format of the photos in png, jpg, jpeg … and all in vain. What’s the problem? Thank you

    Hi rares3777,

    There are a couple of factors that could cause the error. It could be a conflict of plugins. I’ll suggest you uninstall your plugins and reinstall them one after the other to find the probable culprit. There could be other causes which you could find here

    @rares3777 What is the address of the site you need help with? The site at 365outlet.wordpress.com is empty of any user generated content.

    If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP software, you can find help for your issue with the marketplace where you purchased the theme or with the theme author.

    For general assistance with WP you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. I also suggest searching the forums there for a similar issue before posting.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, Go Daddy etc.).     @ceoadebayo Thanks for helping out here. It’s great to help out someone who uses the standalone WP software with the info they need, but please also point them to the ORG site where they can get assistance relevant to their WP installation. Thanks again.
