HTTP 403 error

  I keep getting an HTTP 403 forbidden error on my wordpress.com blog – both logging on with ataw.wordpress.com and http://www.americantruckersatwar.com. I changed the DNS settings because I was going to use a Dotster hosted WordPress blog that turned into a total nightmare. I changed my DNS settings back to wordpress and now cannot access the site at all except through my dashboard at wordpress. Any ideas on what is wrong? My DNS settings at 1and1 – my registrar, are correctly pointing to wordpress.

  It takes time for the DNS to propogate. That could be the problem.
