How to upload or edit robot.txt on wordpress.com blogs?

Hi. I am a user of the common, ordinary run of the mill worpress.com service. I find that I would like to edit the robot.txt file for my blog, even though I don’t have it on my own server or paid service. Is this possible? Could someone let me know how to do it? Or do I need to move my blog to a personal service?

No, you cannot edit it. WordPress.com creates the robots.txt file for you based on your settings at settings > privacy.
