How to remove text shadow

Hi, I’m completely new to CSS. Never used it before, so I really need some help here.

The theme I’m using, Suburbia, causes bolded text to have a blue text shadow which I really dislike. Is there anyway to remove that by overwriting?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please try this and let me know if you still see shadow on any page.
