How to remove a blog from the dashboard
-
Hi,
I had blog, which I started through WordPress.com. I moved it to a self-hosted blog and a new domainm but kept the dashboard on WordPress.com to keep track of statistics.
In the meantime, the domain expired and the blog was deleted, so now I can’t remove the site from my dashboard through the blog’s Control Panel.
How can I remove it?
Thank you very much.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need staff to remove that for you. I’ve added a modlook tag to the sidebar to call for staff attention. They will engage you to ask for confirmation before deleting the link.

If you go here https://wordpress.com/settings/general/ do you see the option to disconnect jetpack?
If not, please post back in this thread with the URLs of the site(s) you wish removed or confirm that homelymusings.com is the one Staff need to remove. Thanks.
@musicdoc1-please see this discussion:

Hi justjennifer,
I do not see the option to disconnet Jetpack, only a notice to update it.
Indeed, homelymusings.com is the URL I wish removed.
Thank you very much.

Hi there! I’ve removed that for you.
We’re still working on that issue with the upgrade notice. Some users will be able to use the tool again as you described justjennifer. But some won’t. :)

@ shawnajroberts, @ justjennifer,
At the This site shows 3 web sites… topic lizthefair says,
It’s possible to disconnect live sites from the link simplysaru provided [https://wordpress.com/settings/general/], but once sites have been deleted, we need to remove them manually.
Have I understood correctly? In the present case the Disconnect Jetpack plugin option might have been irrelevant, since ineze indicates in the OP that the site in question had been deleted, and lizthefair says that manual removal is necessary in any case.

We’ve actually re-released the tool so users can remove these sites themselves. And all of these issues should be ironed out now.
