How to make the header picture smaller?

How do you make the header photo smaller on all the pages so the page moves up more and the picture becomes smaller?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In the side menu of your site there will be a link that has the name of your theme. Once you click there you will choose SETTINGS and once in SETTINGS you can change the size of the header image.

I want to keep the some photos but just make them smaller? I cant see the theme name or settings box?
