How to get rid of the `Skip to content` on google?

I am using the twenty twelve theme, I have the CSS upgrade, and when I search my site on google, my sites title is
Skip to content.
Does anyone know how to change this? thanks!! :) -
What is your blog URL or a link to where we can try checking that out? Are you using the Twenty Twelve theme unmodified? If you haven’t defined a site title on the Settings > General page, try doing that. Note that Google results may take a bit of time to update after a change, how long it takes is up to them.

You might also consider connecting your site to Google to get diagnostic info directly from them. Here are instructions for how to do it for a WordPress.com blog:
