How to add a “latest additions”

Add topic to favorites
Any one knows of a plugin that adds a “Latest Additions” links to the sidebar, or something of that effect?

What Trent said. Recent Posts and Recent Comments seem to be the widgets you’re looking for. New pages you’ll have to write about yourself I think.
