  I didnt find the way to do it.

  Please try renewing your domain from the Store → My Upgrades page in the admin area of your site.

  PS – you need to be logged in as the exact account / owner of any upgrade to renew it

  Hi chrisglam,

  It looks like your domain upgrade is not associated with the chrisglam user account, as auxclass suggested. You will need to log in as the user who purchased that upgrade to renew it, or ask that user to transfer the upgrade to you.
