This doesn’t help me.. i have already been to that page and the only option that lets you get any further is to upgrade to a business plan which is $299 dollars. I want to stay on the premium plan that I am on. The credit card details that I used to purchase the premium plan I am on has been cancelled as that card was stolen. I have received correspondence from WordPress saying i should renew manually before my premium plan expires and that the card details are invalid and to update my credit card details.. and given me the link above… but the only option that seems to do anything there is to upgrade to business. When i hit on the manage plan icon under the premium plan it just takes me back to the upgrade page… I don’t want to upgrade, I want to continue on my current plan

If you don’t see your Premium upgrade on your Purchases page then you may be logging into a user account that is not the primary owner account of the site.
If you have another account, please try viewing the Purchases page through that login.
If you’re not sure of the other login information you can reset the password by entering your other email address here:

Or use the account recovery tool to regain access to that login here:

You can also view the users on your site by navigating to the section titled “People” in the site dashboard.
