How do we restore domain asap while you are closed for support

our website is down now and email is not working. its critical for our business to be able to receive emails.
i would never recommend anyone do any hosting or domains registration with wordpress.com if you can’t handle these critical issues bc of some workshops.

whois says following:
If you want to keep your domain, you must immediately contact your registrar to resolve whatever issues resulted in your registrar requesting that your domain be deleted, which resulted in the redemptionPeriod status for your domain. Once any outstanding issues are resolved and the appropriate fee has been paid, your registrar should restore the domain on your behalf.

Your domain expired on 31 July and is currently in redemption with our registrar.
It might still be possible to recover your domain, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to do this. Let me know if you agree to this fee and I can get the process started.
