How do I update name servers?

    Hi,
    I’m working for a client and I am having problems with updating her name servers. She had a domain name registered with GoDaddy, but then she transferred her domain to wordpress.com Now, when we go into her domain list, the domain name shows up, but when I go into the edit options, I am unable to click on the name servers to edit them. Please let me know how to do this. Thank you. She is a premium user. Thank you for any help.

    Your client could not have transferred her domain to WordPress.com as we do not accept incoming domain registration transfers. So what is likely is that the domain was mapped here to use with a WordPress.com site, but that the registration remains with GoDaddy. This would fit with why you are unable to edit the nameservers.

    The registered domain doesn’t show up on GoDaddy.com anymore. It’s misterbathtub.com She has paperwork telling her the domain was transferred and it shows up on the dashboard in Store. Is there a secure email or something I can talk to you guys about this because I don’t want to do it on a public forum. Not used to wordpress myself yet so I didn’t know how to actually get private help.
