Hello There was an option About four months ago that I selected and he said that I could send my blocks every time I publish them to the people in my email. So now every time I publish a blog it goes to everyone in my email including myself. So I have to publish the blog I’ll see IsisNFriends [New Post] as if I emailed it to myself. There is no specifically a way to disable it, as following sites is a core part of the WordPress.com experience.

Hi thank you for responding. Well the reason I don’t understand is that I turned it on to send out the notifications to my email I could’ve turned it on to do the same with every time I post it will go to Twitter or Tumblr… But I didn’t have my Passwords at the time so I only clicked for my blog to go to my email list… I turned it on so I don’t understand why I can’t just turn it off? I appreciate your response though thank you again

If someone started following your blog, they can turn on the option to instantly receive an email every time you publish a post. The only way to turn that off, as staff-blorbo mentioned, is to make your site private.
I understand what you’re saying about turning it on, but I’m not sure where it was, as it’s not a feature that can be turned on and off on free WordPress.com sites. For yourself, you can manage the notifications for the sites you follow here: https://wordpress.com/following/manage
If you click settings next to a site that you’re following, you’ll be able to modify the email notification settings for that site. Perhaps that’s what you’re looking for?
