Your ‘map-props’ page is showing your maps perfectly fine. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

Please revisit the page and look at this illustration to make sure you understand the problem.
Thanks -
Thanks for the illustration, but I’m not able to see the issue you’re describing.
Could you try using a different browser? This will help us determine if it’s a browser-related issue.
It would also be helpful if you could let us know what browser and OS you’re using, along with their version numbers. We’ll be happy to look into this for you. :-)

Are you sure you understand the issue?
Please explain to me what you are trying.Its not a problem with the browser/computer setup.
The problem occurs using Ubuntu canonical 11.04 in a Firefox 8.0 browser
also on windows 7, xp, using chrome firefox and ie
and on Macs.
I don’t have time to detail all version numbers. -

Sorry for the misunderstanding — I can see the issue you’re describing now.
From the WordPress.com side, there’s really no way for those links to load into the larger browser window. Instead they load into the smaller iframe.
You might try to specify the link’s target when you create them at Google’s site. If you have control over the HTML in your Info window, you could try using something like the following:
<a href="http://site-url.com/page/" target="_top">My Link</a>or
<a href="http://site-url.com/page/" target="_blank">My Link</a>Learn more about using the target attribute here:

The map is generated from WordPress’ RSS.
Surely it’s up to WordPress RSS generator to specify the status of link targets
Try looking at the RSS feed in a browser window.
You will see the following code:
<title>18 Upper Grosvenor Street</title>
<link>
https://inemptybuildings.wordpress.com/2011/12/01/18-upper-grosvenor-street/
</link>
This is where WordPress needs to specify the link’s target to be “_top” “_blank” etc.How can i customise Wp’s Rss output?
-
No, the RSS feeds themselves cannot be modified at WordPress.com because changes that you can make in the post content itself.
-
staff-blorbo Your syntax does not compute. ;-) I do not understand
because changes that you can make in the post content itself.
But it matters not one whit I’ve got it, the correct answer is:
Use Firefox to search maps.google.com for your blog’s feed, not chrome.
-
Sorry, I meant besides, not because. Silly auto-correct.
No, the RSS feeds themselves cannot be modified at WordPress.com besides changes that you can make in the post content itself.
