How do I receive a Refund on the Business Hosting Package?

Hi there! I was recently charged $300 for the wordpress business Package. I did not agree to set up this account and I certainly never used it! however this was set up was done so without my authorization.
Please let me know asap.

Hi there,
The Business Plan that recently renewed in your account was bought in February 2018. If you did not create this account and buy that upgrade, it means someone else who has access to both your email account and your credit card did it, because it’s impossible to create a WordPress.com site and buy an upgrade from us without access to both of those.

All WordPress.com upgrades renew annually, and you would have received several emails warning you that this renewal was approaching.
I see you’ve already cancelled the plan and we’ve issued a refund for the renewal payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
