Hi, my domain name expired. I didnt receive any notification whatsoever from wordpress on the domain name expiration. It actually took me over a week to figure out what the issue is. Now, I’m being ask to pay $80 fee in addition to the annual subscription fee. I was wondering if I could get a courtesy refund or credit of the $80 since I wasnt notified of the expiration and this has never happened to me before. Please advise
