  I just set up an account with an old email address. It no longer works. Forgot I changed it! SO: the email you send (when a person starts up an account will go to no one). If I log out I might be unable to log back in? i.e. I will not be able to confirm the email that you will send to an account that no longer exists.
  The profile page will not allow my email to change when I update it.
  My email should read — oops!

  Do not try to change it on the Your Profile page.
  -> Options -> General scroll down to E-mail address:_______________________________

  This address is used only for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.

  Click “update Options” to save the change.
