  I’m new in the blogger world, and I promise my frend to blog her something on her magmagirlblog,
  I have a video.but I don’t know how to post it on her blog…

  She needs to invite you as an author. You should get an email when she invites you, which is automatically generated. It’s all up to her. Once you get the email, you can sign in to WordPress.com and see that you’ve got access to the Dashboard for that blog. Then you can click on the Write page and write a blog post.
