  Is it possible to display pages title sorted according to addition (Sort by creation time) in the sidebar?

  The options for sorting static pages as opposed to posts are found in this entry. > When displaying the list of pages you can sort by Page title, Page order, or Page ID. Selecting Page title is essentially just an alphabetical sort. If you select Page order, you take control over the ordering.

  Also note that although Posts include dates in their URLs this is not the case with static Pages.
  The URL for a post includes the date the post was published like this: http://blogname.wordpress.com/2008/11/30/post-title/
  The URL for a page looks like this: http://blogname.wordpress.com/page-title/
