How can I change the text color for my tagline and menu titles for my blog?

    The Title text color will change, but not the tagline and menu titles color. It is very light (gray) which poses a problem viewing with different color backgrounds unless the color is very dark. Can you tell me how to change this? I’m using the Oxygen theme.
