There aren’t any charges connected to the user account that you’ve contacted us from. We need to find the right account with those charges in order to take a closer look.
– did you get an emailed receipt from us about the charge? Check all email addresses, try signing in to WordPress.com with the one where that receipt was delivered.
– check the emailed receipt for a site address. Share that with us here. -
I am paying with my PayPal account. I did get an email and here is the receipt number WordPress.com(redacted) Would that help?

Thanks! I have removed that information from the last post because it is sensitive. I can see that the charge was under a different account. You’ll find this charge under the luvlettersca account. When you sign in to that account come back and post here, then I can help you further with getting this cancelled. For now, I can see that the charge was refunded in full. It should reach you with in ten days.
