How can I adjust the width of the columns on my woocommerce checkout page?

    I’ve installed Woocommerce on my site but the checkout page is looking rather smushed. The column widths where customers put in their information is very small. How can I adjust it? I think its a matter of shortcode but don’t want to muck anything up. Thank you for your assistance.
