How can I add a script in the free plan blog?

  I tried to add the script in the HTML version of the post, but it was automatically deleted.
  How should I proceed? Or it is not allowed?

  The blog I need help with is lauracarrijo.wordpress.com.

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javscript widgets or iframes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.
