    Hi, I cannot access to my website.

    Please advise how to upgrade or pay to extend my hosting period

    Hi there,

    The domain, alpha-maritime.com, used to be connected to your site, http://amsbusinessblog.wordpress.com/, but the Premium Plan and domain mapping upgrade that was used to connect the domain has since expired.

    I see those upgrades belonged to a different account, as does your site itself – your account only has an Editor role on http://amsbusinessblog.wordpress.com/. The site belongs to the user, designcrowdgui, who I’m guessing is a designer you hired to build this site for you.

    To reconnect your domain to the site, the site owner need to upgrade to a new paid plan, which will allow them to add the domain mapping upgrade again.

    So to get this working again, you’ll need to reach out to the person who owns the designcrowdgui and work with them to add new upgrades to the site, or otherwise you’ll need to get them to transfer ownership of the site to you so you can continue managing it going forward.
