Host multiple sites on 1 account?

    Can I have multiple sites on only 1 account at wordpress.com? It is about 20 sites. But most of them doesn’t have that much material on them.

    What kind of account do I need to host all of thes sites on only 1 account?

    Today I have most of these sites on 1 free wordpress.com account.

    But I need to use plugins on at least one of the sites and you can’t use these on a free wordpress.com account. At present time it is mainly this site that uses plugins: http://cajram.se

    You can have multiple free sites on one account but won’t be able to use external plugins on them. If plugins are essential to you and you want to continue working with a site here at WordPress.com then that particular site will need to be upgraded from free to Business plan.

    But can I have all of these sites on only 1 paid account? Like the “Business plan” account.

    You can pay for the Business plan for the site you need plugins on and create other free sites that “don’t have much material on them” all on one account yes. But if you want two sites with plugins then you’d need two Business plans.

    Hi there!

    @themagicrobot correctly answered your queries! You can have as many sites as you want on the same WordPress.com account. Each site can have one plan (either free or one of the paid plans).

    If you have some sites that require specific plugins, you can use the WordPress.com Business plan on those sites.

    For other sites that don’t have a lot of materials, you can use a lower-tiered plan, like WordPress.com Personal, or even the free plan if you want.
