  Hi Is possible to pay the Plan Subscription fees in monthly instead of year.

  There is no monthly payment here.
  WordPress.com plans are being billed yearly and unless you opt-out they will automatically renew. 30 days after purchasing a plan you have the option to request a refund.

  Hi,

  For example I have selected for 1 year plan and in between 3rd month I am planning to cancel my subscription. Should I get refund for remaining months.

  No, you can only request a refund within the first 30 days.
