Help with Categories & Domain

    Hi, I have 2 questions for anyone who can help.

    1.) I’ve added new categories to my posts, yet only 2 are showing on my page. No matter what I do, I can’t get them to show, including sub categories.

    2.) How do I get a description to show on the address bar of my site when someone types in my address? For an example, I want the address bar to show “www.theroamingbean.com- Budget Travel Blogger”, or something similar.
