Hi there:
To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
- The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
- WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
- WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.
You see your WordPress site in your WordPress.com dashboard because you had connected your site to your WordPress.com account using the Jetpack plugin. However, this connection only allows you to manage some aspects of your site from that dashboard and does not serve as a backup for your site. If the origin site is deleted or disconnected, we also clear that content from your dashboard since the connection no longer exists.
Pulling up your website it reports 403 Forbidden errors, which is a server-level error. You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
Then, once you can log into your site, you can reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account.
I hope that clarifies things!

Hey there, thanks for your patience. Are you able to log into https://dsdisplay.site/wp-admin and reconnect Jetpack there?
If that is not working, I’d recommend contacting Jetpack support at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
Once Jetpack is working and connected properly, you’ll se the site in your account again on this side.

Ah, I just noticed you have other tickets, so we’ll merge them together into one. Cheers :)
