Help! Site down.

    I’m looking for the info needed for an account recovery but in the mean time our site is down. I had to make this account to even be able to post anything. When I log into the administrative page to check for updates I’m getting a WordPress installation page. I need a contact of someone at WordPress I can talk to to try and get the page recovered. Thank you

    Hey there, could you send a link to the site you’re trying to access? I’m not sure whether you’re primarily having trouble with account recovery or with your WordPress installation itself, but if you’ll send a link, we’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.

    Thank you. I’ve just figured out the site is actually hosted elsewhere and WordPress was installed there. I am now in contact with our webhost to see what can be done. The person who built the site really didn’t give us much information about it when they left so I’ve been trying to unravel it all. If our webhost can’t help I’ll be back here.
