Help on wordpress.org not .com

    NOTE : I know this is the support forum for wordpress.com.
    I need help on .org, but I cannot log in to the wordpress.org support forum probably because my site is hosted on bluehost.
    I searched the web for hours looking for a forum for wordpress.org (without logging in) but could not find any.

    My question is, is there a service where I can have my technical problems fixed for wordpress.org?
    My site is running very very slow, and I have searched forums, checked with the website speed-checker, and even though they give me a list of what might be wrong with my site, I have absolutely no idea how to fix them myself.

    I need a service (preferably something like a fixed fee for one problem kind of service) that is safe.

    I just want to know why my site is running slow and a solution.

    Any kind of advice is appreciated.

    Creating a new WordPress.org account is easy. https://wordpress.org/support/register.php

    Once you have created one, you can start posting on their forum: https://wordpress.org/support

    Regarding your site, I ran it through Google PageSpeed, and it scores pretty well! A score above 70 is considered very good. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.my-chic-mama.com%2F&tab=desktop

    I saw that you’re already using W3 Total Cache, so you have got the basics covered. If W3 Total Cache isn’t working for you (or looks a little intimidating), you can deactivate it and try WP Super Cache, which does much of the same thing with a simpler interface.

    For further performance, you could try a CDN service like CloudFlare, which offers both free and paid plans. Bluehost might even be providing one-click CloudFlare setup from their web panel. https://www.cloudflare.com

    thank you for replying! You explained everything so well I finally understand what I have to do next.
    I do have W3 Total Cache just because I read in some article that I need that plugin. I don’t even know if Im using it right.

    I do want my site to run faster though ( if that is possible)

    Im going to take a look at the CDN service, (although I do not know what that is) if that will make my site load any faster.
