  i have been trying to get help is there a phone were i can speak to someone I have send several email everyday & NO answer

  I’m sorry you’re having difficulty. In regards to your question about phone support, I came across the information below…

  “We currently only offer support by email and forums except for users who have purchased the WordPress.com Business Plan. Users with the Business Plan have access to live chat support.”

  Have you posted your questions(s) in the forum to see if someone here can assist?

  If you have posted a question in the forum and haven’t received a response; try adding the modlook tag to your post. I believe that will help ensure that staff sees it.
