  Hi.

  I’m a newbie to wp and have attempted to modify the default template. http://www.exactaudience.com. I’m looking for a developer to help me.

  Specific tasks I’m interested in accomplishing:

  1) Create a complete template similar to this: http://exactaudience.com/exact-audience-template.png
  2) customize the general theme template
  3) moderate and retrieve my password for the admin panel.. yeah, I lost it
  4) general newbie advice on coding for wp

  5) eventually add adsense and standard IAB units

  Any advice / assistance is greatly appreciated.
