Help Finding out how I can do a Live Chat Session

    My name is Alleah and I am getting ready to publish my concert blog, but need a bit of help. I would like help to fix some issues on my WordPress site.
    -Adding margins to posts
    -Adding the categories to the Page and not having them in the title section of my blog.
    I have read a bunch of forms as well and watched some videos and I am still having trouble. I know you offer a live chat option but I can not seem to find it.

    In this case, the best party to help you might be the theme support. Your site is behind a coming soon mode so it’s not visible which theme you may have active on your site, but I’d suggest starting there to see if they can help with the margin.

    And if the categories appear in the menu section of your site, you should be able to remove them from Appearance → Customize → Menus → choose the active menu → click on the category menu item, and click Remove.

    If you are unable to follow the steps above, please contact your theme support. The appearance of the menu depends on the theme as well so they will be able to assist you further in this case.

    Since your site is on Bluehost and is using the WordPress.org software, you can try contacting Bluehost support to see if they will offer help with your WordPress site. If they ask you to contact WordPress, you’ll need to post on the WordPress.org forum linked above.
