  Hi,
  So I think we made a big F*CK up with our page. We changed the URL to a different one, and now we can’t do anything in wordpress. Please help us undo this.

  Since you wouldn’t be able to do that on WordPress.com, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with us. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
