  set up the site . I would like to have a home page and don’t know how to edit

  I see that you are using the theme Twenty Sixteen for the blog: tru2heart.wordpress.com .

  You may set a static Front “Home”Page via these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
