HELP!

    So I got a little too eager and wanted to start a new blog, which I built using bluehost. (I just cancelled the bluehost account). What I screwed up with is that I already have 2 WordPress accounts under the same email, so it created a password/account nightmare. I want to cancel the WordPress account I recently created, but I don’t even know the email or password. I was hoping to call a real person at customer service to get help. Basically, I don’t want to be charged $100/yr for a domain I want cancelled. Im not very good with computers. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    It’s impossible to have two WordPress.com accounts with the same email address. So if you had two accounts with the same email, one of them was likely the login you created for your self-hosted WordPress site at Bluehost. That’s completely separate from your WordPress.com account.

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here, amusingsbyamy, does not and have never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    Unless you can tell me the email address or username, or at least a site URL, of the other account, there’s not much more I can do to help you.
