  It is back to a basic blog with no content. Can you help me fix this and get my blog back?

  as I as going through my site, I clicked back and content was removed from several blogs. the pics were there but content gone. I went back and forth to see if it would pop back up but it’s gone.
  Help.
  I went through this before and had to re-post. I don’t want to go through that again.
