  Even though the theme offers the option of adding a header image, it doesnt show on the blog. Is this an error ? If so , how can it be fixed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/altofocus and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.

  I do not see a custom header listed as a feature of that theme.

  All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/ where we have a search box as the most prominent feature on the page.

  Altofocus doesn’t support a custom header – the option is there in the Customizer by mistake, and we’ll be removing it. Thanks for the heads-up and apologies for the confusion!
