hacked badly and need help

    Hi-

    The blog I need help with is emi2hips.com which I have been locked out of and can not get into to fix. I got three suspicious emails in the last two days. The first said it was changing my email to some strange email. The next said that it was changing my password and then today I got an email from fenton (is this legit) telling me that my account had been hacked and my credit card info stollen. It was stolen and right now I am working with my bank trying to right all of this. WordPress has been incredibly hard to contact. So I had to create a new blog to reach out to get this mess taken care of. It is really concerning to me that my account is still hacked and being altered. Links were changed, adds added and its a mess. Please help as soon as possible as this is very unnerving to me.

    I’m, sorry to hear about all of this.

    If you are no longer able to access your account, the first step is to complete this Account Recovery form:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    You will need to fill out the details for the account you can’t access, not the one you are contacting us from.

    Should you need it, we have more information about the form and next steps, on this page:

    Recover Your Account

    Once that has been filled out, it will provide us with the information we need to look into this for you.

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    I already looked at that form and scoured my email for those things. I can find comments and renewal notices etc dating back to 2012 but I cant find those things. At this point I really just want to stop recieving strange emails from a wordpress hack and my bank is working on fraudulent transactions. I do not feel safe or comfortable at the moment. As much as I do not want to get rid of that blog if thats the only option then thats it. My information at the moment is not safe, and there is someone still messing with it. I did not authorize the email change or password change or anything the other night and now I am getting lots of strange emails. I made a new account just so I could get support becuase there does not seem to be any other way to contact wordpress and get this UNSAFE situation under control.

    If need be I want my site completely wiped, and my email freed up so that I can go start this whole blogging thing over again. It is a lot of work that this idiot who hacked in has ruined.

    Your swift help in this matter is greatly appreciated as right now I still feel very uncomfortable. I have already closed any cards associated with that account and am dealing with trying to get back the money they spent.

    All the above is clear, its just not doable. I looked into that before I wrote to you. Then when I couldnt make that happen I created a new account under my business email to get help in this crazy situation.

    I appreciate that this is a horrible situation to be in but the account recovery form is the first step in the process — and an important one. If you can fill it out with as much information as you can, then we can look at the next steps.

    The Account Recovery information page states that a Transaction ID can be used to provide proof of ownership. A transaction ID can be found in a couple of places:

    • On your statement
    • Your PayPal account

    Hi I understand that that is what has to happen. I ALREADY DID THOSE THING BEFORE YOU WROTE TO ME AND BEFORE I CONTACTED YOU!!! You are leaving me in an unsafe situation and I am going to pursue further action against wordpress if you can not help me. MY INFORMATION IS ALREADY VIOLATED. I can not find the emails from 2012 with those pieces of information. I did this PRIOR to writing to you on the forum.

    I am a smart woman, very tech saavy, and do have higher knowledge. This is NOT an ok situation. I do NOT have the pieces that you want above contained in my email any longer. I can literally email you the word docs containing what I posted on my blog the crazy bizarre emails I have gotten the past three days etc. I have emails from followers following my blog in 2012. I have so many other forms of proof that this is mine.

    If you can not help please send me an email of someone who can and a phone number. This is not fair for the wordpress organization to leave my information, blog and personal information in a vulnerable position.

    I truly appreciate your patience with this situation and quick resolution as I am quickly feeling more and more unsafe.

    That would be very much appreciated. To the email associated with that account (which is the one also getting all the weird emails). I would really like to get this resolved as quickly as we can. I even got an email request for a different used name and password entrance to my blog. Not a good thing at all. Any help as soon as possible would be really great. Whatever I have to do to prove to you this is my blog and someone has hacked it and my card associated with the count etc I’ll do.
