Gutenverse Testimonials block not working

I have the testimonials block on our services page (https://madsystems.com/services/) and even though i have Loop, Show Dots, Show Arrow and Autoplay toggled on under the slider settings they don’t work on the live page. It is stuck on the first testimonial on the website.
I can’t seem to find any other setting that might be affecting this.
