Gsuite Transfer

  • Hi!

    I transferred my site away earlier this year and I’m trying to manage my GSuite account (upgrade it actually) and it says I need to contact my reseller, which is you guys. However, when I get in here I don’t see anything about Gsuite – it doesn’t show any purchases or anything like that.

    What do I need to do to get that switched over?

    Can you please let me know the domain name associated with that GSuite account so I can try and find more information?

    I suspect that you have another WordPress.com account under a different email address that has that GSuite account. So, you can try and access that other account by following these instructions:

  • The domain name is juicebox-marketing.com… we’ve since rebranded so it will re-route to our new site getwildidea.com

  • We wouldn’t be able to “try” additional usernames. You’ll need to go through our Account Recovery process in order to prove ownership of the account.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges under the account you want to recover, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    I don’t have any of those, and I am not sure what card I billed on. I really don’t have time to dig through my bank statements for the last year, but I’ll see what I can do. Thanks for your help.
