  Hello, I recently made a new domain with Google domains (passioncali.com) and I currently use ‘https://wordpress.com/view/passionimports.wordpress.com’ for my website daily. I want to use my new domain ‘passioncali.com’ for my passionimport.wordpress.com account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Passionimports

  If you want to use your new domain you have made with google domains to open your site passionimports.wordpress.com
  then you need to map the domain to your wordpress account.
  Below is the link which will help you out to do the same

  Hello,
  Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, my problem has not been resolved yet. When I attempted to use my domain that I have with Google Domains to my site, wordpress said they cannot use my domain because I have to wait 60 days. I cannot wait 60 days and I do not know how I can use this domain for my website.

  There are two cases in using your domain to your account
  1 transfering your domain to wordpress.
  2 mapping the existing domain to your account.

  You can not transfer the domain as when you purchase a domain you can only transfer it after 60 days but you can map it with wordpress.
  So need to take 2nd option and the above document was for same.

  Have to choose the option <strong>manually connect it </strong>or you have written the url in the field

  Can you please let me know which step you get stuck and got this message.

  Mapping can also take 2 3 days as when you change your DNS settings it can take 48 to 72 hours to get started.

  Hello there, Just confirming that when I click on https://passionimports.wordpress.com/ the site loads at the custom domain https://passionimportsca.com/ so the domain mapping has propagated successfully at my side of the planet.

  @passionimports it always seems that the site owner is the last to see the change. If you still see the site loading at https://passionimports.wordpress.com/ try hard refreshing the browser page or clearing your browser cache and cookies and then loading the page again. But as @shubhamgmath mentioned it can take up to 72 hours (but is usually quicker).
