Going back to free plan from premium

    Hi, I am planning on purchasing the premium plan. I only need the premium plan because I am running out of space on the free plan. After about two months, I won’t be posting any new posts, so I was wondering if I could go back to the free plan then. Is that technically possible without losing all my posts?

    Hello Claire,

    You won’t lose any content if your plan expires. You just won’t be able to upload any new images to your library anymore. But your existing posts will be unaffected, and any media files you’ve already added will remain where they are.

    However, the Premium Plan can only be refunded for 30 days, so if you buy it and then cancel it two months later you won’t be eligible for a refund. All upgrade purchases are for a year only.
