Getting back domain and plan

Hello,
It seems like the blog has lost its domain and does not exist anymore due to billing issues. When I log into WordPress, the account has received a new name: storytelnoblogg.
The original blog name was:
blog-norway.storytel.comIs it possible to restore this domain, design, and billing plan as soon as possible?

We’ve checked it, and the site blog-norway.storytel.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. This is why you could not find it when logging into your WordPress.com account which only has the free site storytelnoblogg.wordpress.com
