Getting a deleted www.x.wordpress.com domain

HI all! I found a domain that I’d really like, but it doesn’t show as available and when I go to the domain, it says that it has been deleted by it’s authors. Is there any way to claim the domain? Thanks!!

Hey mihaiapetrei!

That is exactly what I was looking for, and it seems that unless the domain was deleted two or more years ago, I won’t be able to claim it. I tried registering with the domain but it said not available, despite the fact that it was deleted.
