Hello, I’m having some gallery problems. Some of the image’s have no spacing around them and it just doesn’t look all that neat and clean to me. To see what I’m talking about: http://adamhphoto.com
The blog I need help with is: adamhphoto.com
This link might give you some insight:

Monotone is the exception to just about every rule as far as themes go, so this might also prove helpful http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/29/remarks-on-monotone/
While you can include a Gallery in Monotone, you may want to limit it to 1 or 2 columns at the most depending on the width of your main photo.
lol……….. thanks!
well, i guess it’s still weird to me. if you check: http://adamhphoto.com/2009/07/29/welcome-to-sauble-print/ you will see. that is supposed to be two columns, but it’s one. one picture ‘had’ text under it, so i deleted the text, but it still shows too… hmm… i think that would be wide enough for two columns…?? anymore suggestions?
You might be able to do two columns if you change the width and height values for thumbnails at settings > media to say 120px wide.
nope, i went from 50 up. even the tiniest thumbnails didn’t get put into two columns..,. i’ll just have to keep playing with it, anything else, anyone?? please and thank you.
Monotone has so many peculiarities I sometimes wonder if it has any use at all.
Its best use is to prevent people from easily copying single images. I wouldn’t use it for any kind of blog other than one displaying only a single image at a time. It’s the only theme that doesn’t allow right-click, save-as.
Which we all know is an illusion to protecting yourself from image theft anyway.
Yes, but it’s one step, like using the Club on your car steering wheel. I frequently repost pix from my Lolebrity.net blog, but I always go into Edit and grab the URL because any other way is just a pain in the ass.
