Forwarding to another domain

  Hi everyone,

  I have a new website / domain which I use (http://humanitea.com). I no longer use humanitcafe.wordpress.com. I would like any customers who still go to the old website to be automatically routed to the new one.

  How can I do so? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.
