Forgot email address/password – Need old blog and files deleted

Hi,
I have an old blog that has public outdated and inaccurate personal information about me. I can’t remember the email address and password associated with the account so I can’t complete the account recovery form, and I’ve checked through the archives of different email addresses. I think the activation emails may have been deleted from my inbox over the years.
The blog I need deleted is:

Specifically, the file I need taken down is:
