Hi there,
You can change the size of font by going to Customizer -> Fonts and choose the font you want under Base Font dropdown. You will have an option to select size once you choose your desired font from the dropdown.

The Customizer’s Base font is a good option, but since you have a Premium plan you can also use custom CSS to target your post and page text content more specifically, without affecting other elements like menus, for example.
Give this a try in your Customizer’s CSS panel, modifying the size as you like:
