filter (search) post by multiple category and tag

    Hi, I need an plugin or manual, how to get page, where
    visitors, can choose from some Category, and Tag, and get results after,
    only the post which is belong that Cat and Tag.

    Exmpl.
    We have Cat1, Cat2, Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 and Tag1, Tag2, Tag3, Tag4
    Plugin can do:
    Give me just a posts, from Cat1, Cat3, Tag2 and Tag4

    it would be ideal if there have checkbox and choice which cats and tags will be included in advanced search.
